This presentation only shows part of the complete Max collection. Max has a limitied catalogue of teak garden furniture, but specialzes in making custom made models, your models. If you want a different size table or other model chair, we would be happy to produce it for you, providing we have the confidence to make it with our exacting construction methods. We have an in house design service and can provide concept drawings and prices of new models or your designs before we start manufacturing..

The Max garden collection has been developed after years of experiencing the problems associated with the standard design Indonesian garden furniture. Designs have been revamped, tweaked or improved to do away with these problems. The joints are all mechanically held together, either by dowels, wooden butterflies, or other strengthening pieces that are glued and screwed into place. You are not relying on just glue, or joinery you can not see. You can see these improvements and so can your customers. High quality epoxy mixed with special epoxy filler ,microballoons, for extra strength is used throughout. All furniture comes with nylon feet, company logo of your choice and extra packing

All brass fittings are solid brass, custom made for Amazing MAx by one supplier that we have used since inception. All threaded brass barrel bolts have threadlocker applied to them to prevent them from loosening. The Amazing Max collection is finished with a thorough sanding in at least 3 successive grades of sandpaper and on the end grain, 4 grades. We then hand apply 2 coats of high quality, fast drying, non sticky and non staining teak oil, sanding lightly between coats. After that we apply two coats of special furniture wax that has anti-fungal and anti-mould properties. This means that when you unwrap the furniture you can give it a quick polish to buff it up to showroom condition. We can also supply garden furniture in SuperFine Sanded finish which is just natural, with no actual finish applied. In this case we sand down to 400 grade sandpaper which actually polishes the surface of the teak to a mild sheen. This polishing process brings the natural oils in the teak to the surface and will actually slow the ageing process of the furniture.
